Canned food drive at CGESeek

The Coarsegold Elemen-tary School Student Body conducted its annual holiday canned food drive from November 3-17. Students took non-perishable food items to their class and competed for a chance to deliver the food items to Manna House in Oakhurst. On Wednesday November 19, the class that brought in the most food items delivered them to Manna House.

Last year, there were nearly 2000 items donated by families. Manna House is appreciative of the donations, especially since they come during the holidays when there is an extra demand.
